Our dedicated, experienced Occupational, Physical, and Speech Language Therapists believe in working with our patients to maintain and improve their functional abilities. Each therapist has at least a master's degree in their area of specialty. Our office staff have specialty degrees in health care management and all staff have years of experience in their job.

Dr. Gwinn has worked in Occupational Therapy for over 37 years. Her specialty is treating the effects of neurological problems in adults and children. Dr. Gwinn's treatment focus is on maximizing function in a family centered manner. She strongly believes in a consultative model of treatment, providing significant education to parents, families, and caregivers to achieve optimal outcomes. In addition to direct treatment, Dr. Gwinn is a certified Pain Management professional, has served as an expert witness, and provides community and peer reviewed in-services about treatment for neurological problems. Dr. Gwinn has several adjunct faculty appointments at local universities and is active in training the next generation of therapy providers. As a principal in Rehabilitation Innovations, Inc., she is responsible for administrative functions and overall quality and provision of care.
Sandra Sterlitz, MPT has been a Physical Therapist for over 27 years. She has a wide variety of clinical experience and specializes in treating the effects of neurological and orthopedic diagnoses in children and adults. She has a wide variety of clinical experience and specializes in treating the effects of neurological and orthopedic diagnoses in children and adults. Ms. Sterlitz is an expert at helping people achieve optimal physical conditioning and understanding how to maximize and maintain their functional status. Ms. Sterlitz has served as an expert witness, is active in training Physical Therapy students, and provides community based and peer reviewed presentations. Additionally, Sandra is a certified Restorative Yoga Teacher, integrating yoga principles into her rehabilitation programs. As a principal of Rehabilitation Innovations, Inc. she is responsible for all clinical operations.

Her scope of practice is wide and includes areas such as swallowing disorders, cognitive impairments, motor speech disorders, and voice disorders. Trisha focuses
